Trader Joe’s has inked a lease for a 13,700-square-foot space at City Point slated to open in 2016. City Point is the largest mixed-use center in Downtown Brooklyn. When completed, the project will include retail, residential, and office components totaling 1.8 million square feet. City Point is located at Flatbush Avenue and Fulton Street. The 675,000 square foot retail center will contain Century 21 Department Store, CityTarget, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema amongst others.
