Affordable housing lottery open for 22 middle income apartments in Downtown Brooklyn

Lottery is open for 22 affordable units at 127 Concord Street near the Manhattan Bridge. The 11 two-bedroom units are available for families with a household income starting at $128,000 per year and cost $3,733 per month. Building amenities include private storage, bicycle parking, a game room, a fully-equipped gym and shared laundry room. The resident’s lounge, and rooftop lounge boasts Manhattan skyline views. Fees may apply to all amenities.

The building is minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge, Cadman Plaza Park, DUMBO and Downtown Brooklyn. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including heat and stove.
