New Donut Shop open on Columbia Place

Cloudy Donut is now open at 14 Columbia Place. They choose 8 different flavors each week of the overall 44 rotating flavors for humans and pups. The products are dairy free as they exclude any animal products and by-products. They are open Friday to Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.

Books are Magic on Montague Street opening November 5

Brooklyn Roasting Company coffee shop opening in November

The coffee shop has inked a 10-year, 1,000-square-foot lease at One Clinton, the 38-story condo tower near Cadman Plaza which houses the new library. They will open the coffee shop in November, final opening date to come.

New Gym opening on Montague Street next spring

Barry’s The Gym offers high intensity interval workout toning muscle and maximizing fat loss with a combination of running and weights. They will open the first Brooklyn outpost at the new residential development 200 Montague Street next spring. Residential leasing of the building’s 121 apartments launched at the end of August. The 20-story, 121-unit rental development offers homes ranging in size from one- to three-bedroom apartments starting from $3,500 up to $8.600 per month. The building will feature an outdoor rooftop terrace, private rear-yard terraces, a fitness center with yoga rooms, a residential lounge space, a children’s playroom, private and bicycle storage, a communal laundry room, and a pet washing station.
