Artist, designer, and traveler WANE ONE COD / @waneonecod will host a kids’ graffiti workshop at the City Point Art Gallery. Aspiring artists will learn the basics of the original New York graffiti style from the subway era as taught by Cod, who started painting as a young teenager and today works with companies including Nike and Reebok.
Each participant will be given a subway map to customize with creativity, color and the artist’s guidance. The class is best suited for ages 8+ and all will leave with their original works of art. No spray paint used in the class. Saturday, March 11 / 2 pm – 3:30 pm. / 90-minute class: $50. Get your ticket today.
