DUMBO DROP is an annual tradition where thousands of toy elephants parachute down from the skies of Dumbo onto cobblestoned Washington Street – Brooklyn’s most iconic block. Plus, there’s an epic block party with kids activities, restaurant row and more! The DUMBO Drops will take place on Friday, May 31 with elephant drops ($15-25) at 5 and 7 pm. All proceeds from ticket sales go directly to Dumbo’s Title 1 public schools, PS307 Elementary + The Dock Street Middle School. NEW! You must purchase a viewing ticket to watch the elephants fly! Enjoy the FREE Dumbo Archway Kids Zone + Block Party as always from 3.30 to 6.30 pm, no need to RSVP.

The Brooklyn Bridge Parents Kids Zone will feature science games, face painter, crafts, dance party, balloon twister, Lego building, chess, an epic slide and more free kids activities. The Kids Zone will take place in the Archway, on the newly renovated Pearl Street Triangle and surrounding streets from 3.30 to 6.30 pm. Rain or shine.
