Empire Fulton Ferry lawn in Brooklyn Bridge Park reopen

The Empire Fulton Ferry Lawn next to the carousel in Brooklyn Bridge Park has reopened, a place local families love to hang and have play dates at. This lawn is 44,000 square feet and was completely redesigned and rebuilt as part of the Emily Warren Roebling Plaza construction project, the rest of which continues on schedule to open this winter. Please note that the lawn will be closed two days per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in order for it to rest and grow during its early life.
