Starting on June 9, artist Erwin Wurm invites park goers to experience a classic New York food in a surreal way by offering free hot dogs from his modified, overstuffed VW Microbus in Brooklyn Bridge Park. This Public Art Fund exhibition merges food with sculpture and invites public participation. The Hot Dog Bus will be on view during the weekends serving free hot dogs on Saturdays at Pier 1 and Sundays at Pier 5.
