Life Time DUMBO has opened its doors within the Front & York development and the 3-story, 77,000-square-foot sports & wellness center will serve members from nine months to 90+ years. The facility features:
- Six dedicated studios for more than 100 group classes weekly, including barre, cardio and strength, indoor cycling, Pilates, and yoga
- Designated spaces for personal and signature group training programs, including GTX, Alpha and Ultra Fit.
- Kids Academy where children can spend up to 2.5 hours daily and enjoy activities including music, yoga, sports, as well as an infant room for childcare.
- An aquatic center featuring a 6-lane, 25-yard indoor pool.
- A full-size basketball court with Ultimate Hoops leagues and skills training.
- Hundreds of pieces of equipment for cardio, strength, and functional training.
- LifeSpa, offering full-service salon and spa services, including hair, nail, esthetician, and massage.
- LifeCafe and Life Time Lounge offering wholesome, real-food with a chef-curated menu, to-go meals, and beverages from morning breakfast to evening happy hours.
- LT Recovery featuring compression, massage, and chiropractic services.

The club is open Monday through Friday, 5am to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 10pm. Monthly membership for grown ups are $259. The monthly membership for an adult and child for up to 13 years is $359. Children have to become members to access the Kids Academy.
