New restaurant, French daycare and animal practice coming to DUMBO

Front & York, the mixed-use development right by the subway station in DUMBO has signed three new commercial leases. New tenants include Nobody Told Me, a restaurant and cocktail bar, The Animal Cardiology Center, New York City’s first cardiology-only veterinary practice and Petits Poussins DUMBO, a French bilingual daycare and preschool. These new tenants will join Devoción, a Brooklyn-based coffee roaster and café, on the corner of York and Jay Streets, Life Time Fitness which is to expected to open in October, CVS and Lazy Sundaes, a New York-based bubble tea and dessert concept, expected to open in fall 2022.

Nobody Told Me, an Upper West Side restaurant and cocktail bar, is opening its second location in the city at Front & York. The restaurant will bring its burgers, spicy chicken sandwiches and raw bar to DUMBO. The 2,810-square-foot restaurant will be located at the corner of Bridge and Front Streets and is slated to open in spring 2023.

Petits Poussins, a French-English bilingual daycare and preschool has recently opened its first Brooklyn location in Downtown Brooklyn. Each classroom is run by 2 teachers, one French native speaker and one English native speaker. They plan to open their 4304 sqf big center in DUMBO in the fall of 2023. Find out more here.
