Revolution Motherhood founder Rachel Welch is now offering two classes for expecting and new moms at OneYogaHouse in Brooklyn Bridge Park. For the expecting mama, there’s a drop in class designed to guide pregnant women through breath-based core strength and stability exercises integrating yoga, long muscle sculpting, soft foam rolling, and meditation. For the new mama, Rachel is teaching her signature Foundations program – an 8-week, complete body restructuring series. Covering Phases 1+2 of the Revolution Motherhood method, this class meets weekly and includes daily at-home workout videos via the RM App. Find out more here.
