The annual Bavarian festival that celebrates community and culture is coming to Downtown Brooklyn for an Oktoberfest Bash hosted by DeKalb Market Hall and Sixpoint Brewery. Festivities will include paper crafts inspired by German gingerbread cookies for kids 3-10 yrs, Sixpoint games for adults, and music for all ages. The Street Beat Brass Band and Shaghorns will perform mix of music featuring traditional German, Oompha, Polka, and throwback tunes. Plus, a Dirndl Girl and Lederhosen Boy will be on-site for photos. The Oktoberfest Bash is free and will take place on Saturday, September 23 from 12 pm – 10 pm (kids activities 12 to 3 pm) downstairs at City Point, 445 Albee Square West in Downtown Brooklyn.
