Acclaimed Brooklyn Vietnamese restaurant Em Vietnamese Bistro is expanding to Dumbo in the fall. The restaurant famous for its Vietnamese noodle soups, sandwiches and smoothies is taking over a space at 57 Front Street in the building next to the nail studio.
