Construction fences have been put up at the warehouse site at 218 Front Street and demolition will start soon. Permits have been filed for two seven-story mixed-use buildings with 218 residences and 109 enclosed parking spaces. No building designs beyond the listing on the site itself are available yet.
Construction at the residential building at 251 Front Street seems almost complete. The building will be home to 59 rental units and 30 parking spaces.
