Brooklyn continues to cement its status as a culinary powerhouse, and the Michelin Guide is taking note. Ahead of the annual ceremony this fall, the internationally renowned dining authority just dropped its Spring 2026 teaser list, highlighting nine exceptional new spots across New York City. Five of those highly-coveted additions are right here in Brooklyn. Here is everything you need to know about Brooklyn’s latest Michelin-approved eateries.
1. Bong (Crown Heights) Located on Sterling Place, this Crown Heights gem is quickly becoming a neighborhood staple. Bong is celebrated for its vibrant Cambodian cuisine and a menu designed around shared plates. It’s a bustling, lively spot—reservations can be tricky to lock down, so arriving early to snag a counter seat is highly recommended.

2. Entre Nous (Clinton Hill) A sibling concept to Fort Greene’s beloved Fradei, this intimate natural wine bar features an impressive wall of low-intervention wines paired with elevated, classic French small plates.
3. I Cavallini (Williamsburg) Tucked away on Grand Street, I Cavallini comes from Chef Nick Curtola, situated directly across the street from its Michelin-starred sibling, The Four Horsemen. Taking a pivot toward traditional Italian fare, this spot offers a masterfully executed menu in a cozy, relaxed setting. While reservations are fiercely coveted, walk-ins can sometimes score a seat at the bar to watch the kitchen action up close.

4. Los Burritos Juárez (Fort Greene/Clinton Hill) Taking over Myrtle Avenue with incredibly satisfying comfort food, Los Burritos Juárez shines a spotlight on regional burritos rarely found in NYC. Specializing in the distinct border-style recipes of El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, the menu is straightforward but delivers rich, complex flavors. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
5. Vato (Park Slope) Brought to Park Slope by the team behind Manhattan’s Michelin-starred Corima, Vato is a daytime tortillería and bakery on Seventh Avenue that locals are already obsessed with. The team pours its heart into house-made flour tortilla burritos (Chihuahuan-style) and sourdough tortas stuffed with slow-braised beef cheek barbacoa. With pastries and Oaxacan coffee also on the menu, it’s the ultimate grab-and-go weekend morning spot.
These new entries are currently marked with a “New” symbol on the Michelin Guide app and are officially in the running for Bib Gourmands or Michelin Stars later this year.
