  • Total population: 25,092
  • Average household size: 1.9
  • 15% kids
  • 74% white
  • Total housing units: 13,810
  • Vacant housing units: 11%

Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens

  • Total population: 21,583
  • Average household size: 2.3
  • 22% kids
  • 73% white
  • Total housing units: 10,218
  • Vacant housing units: 8.3%

Boerum Hill and Gowanus

  • Total population: 31,099
  • Average household size: 2.1
  • 17% kids
  • 53% white
  • Total housing units: 15,596
  • Vacant housing units: 7.2%
