NYC Housing Connect will hold an affordable housing lottery for 86 units at the newly opened 260 Gold Street building. The 13-story building includes private parking spaces for 114 vehicles, residential lounges, a rooftop terrace, a game room, a laundry room, a pet spa, a children’s playroom, and bicycle parking. There are 22 2-bedroom units for $3,000 and four 3-bedroom units for $3,300 available in the building. These units are reserved for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $76,835 to $215,150. The building is zoned for PS 287 in Downtown Brooklyn.
