Seedlings Preschool has been described as “A truly exceptional place for little learners” by parents of children who attend its Twos, Three-Fours, and/or Summer Camp programs. Located in a beautiful brownstone with a private outdoor space on Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights, Seedlings has been an anchor of the local community and a special place for children to learn and grow for the past 12 years. Seedlings is currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 year.
Seedlings emphasizes learning through play, with a strong focus on each child’s social and emotional growth. Small class sizes with a high teacher-child ratio create the ideal atmosphere for young learners to develop new skills and experience the joy of learning through enrichment activities like dramatic play, art, science, music, gardening, and more.

Summer Camp, which at Seedlings includes plenty of outdoor water play, starts in early June, and runs through August. Space is limited, so early applications are encouraged. Apply here.
