Introduction to Birdwatching Outing at Prospect Park

A member of the Brooklyn Bird Club leads this free two-hour introductory bird walk from the Audubon Center at the Boathouse, teaching birding basics while searching for the dozens of species found in Prospect Park. All ages and experience levels are welcome, no registration is required, and a limited number of loaner binoculars are available. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, pets are not permitted, and outings run rain or shine unless the weather is severe.
