At Open House Nursery School, each day starts with joy. The joy of play, of discovery, of experimentation, of friendship. Young children meet the world with their emotions first, and finding joy in their environment is a central part of their first experiences of school. Learning through joyous interactions helps children develop a love of learning and become confident and engaged in the world. For nearly 50 years, Open House has been providing nurturing, inclusive and joyful early childhood programs that emphasize community and collaboration. Our school, which has five classrooms, a private rooftop playground, and a dedicated indoor movement room, was specifically constructed for young children. We offer flexible scheduling – 3, 4, and 5 days – with extended days and vacation programs so that families may create schedules that best suit their needs.
