Life Time has opened its second club in Brooklyn on Atlantic Avenue in Prospect Heights. The 37,400-square-foot facility features dedicated studios for specific workouts including boxing, yoga and bare, expansive weight training area, recovery lounge with HydroMassage chairs and more as well as dry saunas. The club boasts dedicated spaces for Alpha, GTX, and UltraFit and offers group, mind body and cycle classes, a training floor featuring Life Time’s Personal Training team and every cardio and strength-based equipment imaginable.
Open daily from 5 am to 11 pm, membership is $299 per month.
Children 12 years and up can access this location. Life Time Atlantic Avenue does not have a kids academy, pool, steam room or basketball court. Find out more here.
