New renderings have been revealed for 89 Dekalb Avenue, a 30-story mixed-use building under construction in Fort Greene. The 348-foot-tall structure will feature 324 rental apartments with 98 rent-stabilized units. The building’s completion is slated for December 2025. Read more here.
Permits have been filed for a 47-story mixed-use skyscraper at 205 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. The building will have 136 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 2,100 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have multiple cellar levels and 100 enclosed parking spaces. Demolition permits have not been filed for the six-story office and commercial use building.
