The Time Out Market in DUMBO is reopening on Thursday 5/27 after a five months long closure. Both levels will be open to the public with pizza, chicken sandwiches and burgers on the 5th floor level and 9 different food vendors including freshly made pasta, pancakes and Thai food on the ground floor. They will keep the outdoor seating along the waterfront all summer long while construction in the soon-to-be announced restaurant in the former Sugarcane space is ongoing.

Acclaimed Brooklyn Vietnamese restaurant Em Vietnamese Bistro is opening on Thursday 5/27. The restaurant famous for its Vietnamese noodle soups, sandwiches and smoothies is taking over a space at 57 Front Street in the building next to the nail studio.

Cinnabon bakery and Häagen-Dazs are taking over the space, construction is happening right now. No opening date yet.
Devocion, the beloved Brooklyn-based coffee roaster, is gearing up to open on the corner of Jay and York Streets in spring 2022. The coffee shop with three locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan has signed a lease for a 1,400-square-foot space in the new Front & York development across from the York Street subway station.
A teaser website without pricing is now live for the new mixed-use development at 30 Front Street featuring 76 condos. The 26-story building with over 38,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor amenities is half way topped out.
A residential condo building is under construction at 288 Water Street in Vinegar Hill. Various real estate websites are reporting that the building will feature 9 condos on 5 floors featuring around 1,600 sq ft each. Estimated completion date seems to be in 2022.
