All week long, you’ll find Halloween story times, music shows, and craft hours across the borough—and when Halloween night hits, the whole city turns into one giant costume party. Expect parades and trick-or-treating galore in Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Fort Greene, Downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Bed-Stuy, Bay Ridge, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and beyond.
