Dia Day of Diversity with Musiquita | Brighton Beach

El DÃa de los niños/El dÃa de los libros (Children’s Day/Book Day), commonly known as DÃa, is a celebration every day of children, families, and reading that culminates yearly on April 30. Musiquita  is a playful exploration of music in Spanish and English, guided by a wife/husband duo, Blanca Cecilia González (vocals/violin/ukulele/percussion) and Jesse Elder (vocals/piano/melodica/percussion.) The couple performs a wide variety of music appropriate for all ages. Musiquita has two central goals: To uplift and encourage children and to strengthen and deepen the bonds between young people and the adults in their lives. Please join the Brighton Beach library in celebrating this day with a lovely performance by Musiquita.
