Free Waterfront Workouts in Brooklyn Bridge Park are back! From morning Vinyasa Yoga and Sunset Yoga, to Amp’d bootcamp, Zumba, and a brand new Family Fitness class, there is a broad range of weekly workouts to keep you active and healthy starting this May. Note, each class requires advanced registration. Registration opens every Tuesday at 10 am for class the following week.

  • Zumba at Pier 2 every Monday from 6 to 7 pm until end of October
  • Sunset Yoga at Pier 3 every Tuesday from 6 to 7 pm until end of October
  • Amp’d Fitness at Pier 2 every Thursday from 6 to 7 pm until end of October
  • Pilates at the Liberty Lawn at Pier 6 every Friday from 8.30 to 9.30 am until end of October
  • Vinyasa Yoga at the Liberty Lawn at Pier 6 every Sunday from 10 am to 11 am until end of October
  • Family Fitness at the Liberty Lawn at Pier 6 every 4th Sunday from 12 to 12.45 pm starting 5/23
