Brooklyn Heights Synagogue | Brooklyn Heights

Program details: Celebrate the High Holy Days with BHS! Join us for Tot Services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur for families with children ages 0 to 5 years old (older siblings welcome). No RSVP required! Looking forward to celebrating the High Holy Days with you all! Shanah tovah!

Age recommendations: 0-5 years old

Rosh Hashanah – September 16th – 2:30pm to 3:15pm

Yom Kippur – September 25th – 2:00pm to 2:45pm

Rosh Hashana Mini Minyan | Kane Street Synagogue Cobble Hill

Program details: Mini MInyan is a beautiful mix of joy, silliness and soul. Children and family members welcome the new year. Together we sing prayers, dance, hear a story, march with stuffed Torahs and fall in love with a joyful Judaism!

Age recommendations: Families with children age 1-4

Date: Saturday, September 16, 9am-9:35am and again 12:30pm – 1:10pm

Costs: Free for synagogue members and $175 per family to attend all of our children’s High Holy Day events.

Chabad of DUMBO | DUMBO

Program details: Parents and kids can join us as we prepare for the Jewish New Year Rosh Hashanah. Featuring an interactive Music class with Tekiyah music, Holiday arts and crafts, storytime with Esther and a Shofar presentation with Rabbi Avrom.

Date: September 10th from 11am-1pm @ Chabad of Dumbo 205 Plymouth Street

Program details: High Holiday Services. Special children’s Rosh Hashanah kids program with entertainment on 9/16 and 9/17 at 11 am. Join us for Holiday Songs, Games, Stories and Shofar blowing at Chabad of Dumbo

Dirah Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur Children’s Service | Carroll Gardens

Program details: Engaging children’s service for the High Holidays, including entertainment, High Holiday songs and activities.

Age recommendations: 2-12

Dates: September 16 & 17 10:30-12:00 and September 25 10:30-12

Romemu Brooklyn |Prospect Heights

Program details: Join Romemu Brooklyn for their spiritual, uplifting, and joyous High Holy Days services, led by Rabbi Scott Perlo and Hazzan Basya Schechter. Their services are known for their exquisite music and include a full band with electrified sound. You will hear a thoughtful blend of traditional and innovative prayers and melodies, as well as inspired teachings of clergy and community members. Most of the services are hybrid, and include an online option. Along with the main services, they offer multiple kids’ services for both 0-6 and 7-12 years old kids, led by Grace Hack, followed by additional supervised kids activities. Romemu Brooklyn is a Renewal, Neo-Hasidic, dynamic, inclusive and egalitarian congregation, where all are welcomed. No need to be members in order to join their High Holy Days services.
