Atlantic Antic Street Festival with kids zone 9/25

This year’s Atlantic Antic Street Festival will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2016 from 12pm to 6pm, rain or shine, along Atlantic Avenue from Hicks Street to Fourth Avenue. This 10-block long festival takes place in the heart of Brooklyn spanning through the four neighborhoods of Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn. The 42nd Annual Atlantic Antic™ Festival brings together visitors through the celebration of food, shopping, culture, music and the community.

The Kids’ Zone will be located between Boerum Place and Smith Street with attractions such as bounce houses, face painters, petting zoo, pony rides and a trackless train.

The New York Transit Museum’s annual Bus Festival returns also on Sunday, September 25! See and step aboard selections from the Museum’s vintage fleet representing more than 80 years of New York City surface transit history. Located on Boerum Place between State Street and Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn, the event is free and open to the public from 11am to 6pm.
