Plans for Witnesses Watchtower project revealed

Kushner Companies, CIM Group and LIVWRK unveiled renderings for their planned makeover of the former Jehovah’s Witnesses Watchtower complex which they will call Panorama.

The project includes 25-30 Columbia Heights, which once served as the Witnesses’ headquarters, and three smaller adjoining buildings, all situated at the edge of Brooklyn Heights across from Brooklyn Bridge Park. When complete, the development will contain 635,000 square feet of office space housing up to 5,000 employees and 35,000 square feet of retail and outdoor areas including terraces (and space for arts and culture). The project will retain the sky bridge connecting the two largest buildings, as well as the onsite garage.
