ShadowBox is opening up a studio in DUMBO Heights. The concept of “intense shadowboxing and guided heavy bag work, paired with high-energy music, elements of interval training and body weight exercises, promises a grueling full body workout.” Classes are 45 minutes long and cost around $30 depending on the package you buy.
The studio, which is expected to open in early 2016, will mirror the brand’s Flatiron location in most ways, including the workout and class structure and the look and feel of the space (aside from some potential to-be-determined Brooklyn “accents”).
