The Brooklyn Trust Company Building on Montague and Clinton Street that is partially converted into boutique condos made it into the NYTimes. “The magnificent banking hall, with a vaulted ceiling and a Cosmati mosaic floor, is a Chase Bank branch. The bank will continue to operate, but the building’s upper floors, which were offices, have been gutted to make way for 12 condo units, including four duplexes. Construction will be complete this spring and sales are expected to begin in spring, with prices starting at $3.35 million for a two-bedroom up to $4.35 million for a five-bedroom duplex.”
