A teaser website is up for the Quay Tower, one of the two towers being developed at Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park promising “breathtaking waterfront condominium homes, unobstructed views and relaxed luxury”. The building will feature 28 stories in height and 126 residential market-rate units. Sales for the 2 to 5 bedroom apartments ranging from $1.9 m to $5.5 m are set to launch in Spring 2018.

The other building will be 15 stories with 140 units of which 100 apartments will be set aside as affordable housing, and 40 will rent for market rates. It will also include 4,181 square feet of retail. No details about the condo sales or affordable units have been published yet for this building.
