COFFEE, CROISSANTS AND COMPASS – The Zolan Rossiter Team hosts an event in Brooklyn Heights

The Zolan Rossiter Team @ Compass and Brooklyn Bridge Parents hosted a Valentine’s Day “meet and greet” coffee event from 8:30am to 11:30am for the Brooklyn Heights community. The gathering at the corner of Henry and Montague Streets, saw a fantastic turnout, with over 200 neighbors, team clients and followers joining for free warm beverages and pastries from Deploy Coffee. It was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen community ties and enjoy the morning together.

The event served as more than just a casual meet-up; it allowed Debbie and Jackie to engage in meaningful conversations about the local real estate market, sharing insights and answering various questions from attendees. Topics ranged from the benefits of renovations before listing a home, to navigating mortgage rates, and deciding between renting versus buying a property.

The team offered everyone a chance to enter a sweepstakes, adding an extra layer of excitement, with several lucky winners taking home wonderful prizes from local establishments (like spa services from The Bamford Wellness Spa at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge Parents, a Jacques Torres gift basket and eco-friendly coffee tumblers). These moments, captured in the photos, underscored the strong sense of community in Brooklyn Heights.

The Zolan Rossiter Team, deeply embedded in the Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, and DUMBO areas for over 20 years, is happy to impart their knowledge and expertise in the buying, selling and leasing of local real estate. They were so grateful for the engagement and questions from the community that they plan to do another event similar to this one in the near future.
