An affordable housing lottery has opened for 235 lucky applicants in Greenpoint’s sister waterfront towers, One Blue Slip and Two Blue Slip. Eligible individuals who enter the lottery and win could save up to $38K per year over time on a two-bedroom luxury apartment. Each building will have its separate lottery, to increase your chances of winning you are encouraged to apply for both lotteries.

One Blue Slip leads the new luxury building wave along the Greenpoint waterfront.
