The building at 35 Jay Street that recently housed Gelsey Kirkman Academy of classical ballet and before St’ Ann’s Warehouse Theater has been purchased by a developer for $61.5M according to the Real Deal.
Edward J. Minskoff Equities is the new owner of the one-story building that was recently rezoned to accommodate a 200,000-square-foot office building. No renderings of their plans are available yet.
