Björk is selling her luxury coop in Brooklyn Heights, renderings of a proposed 11 story office building on Jay Street in DUMBO are out, the 80 Flatbush mega-project is moving on to the next step in the approval process and hundreds of new condos are for sale in Downtown Brooklyn.

Brooklyn Heights

Variety reports that Björk set her 3,000 sq ft penthouse atop a pre-war co-op with four-bedrooms and four-bathrooms in Brooklyn Heights out for sale for $9 million.

DUMBO

New renderings have been published for the proposed commercial “Foreman Building” at 29 Jay Street in DUMBO replacing Gelsey Kirkland’s dance studio. Images show an 11-story building with floor-to-ceiling windows and retail space on the ground floor. Find out more here. A 26-story condo will rise on the parking lot at 30 Front Street, which was the Jehovah’s Witnesses’ last remaining property to sell in Dumbo. The building will have 74 apartments spread out over approximately 178,000 square feet which indicates an average of 2,400 square feet per unit. Amenities include a gym, a sauna, a spa, yoga rooms, a residents lounge, bike storage, a swimming pool, a recreation center, and on-site parking.

Downtown Brooklyn

YIMBY reports that sales have launched for 11 Hoyt Street, an upcoming 770,000 square foot residential, 57-story high tower, which will rise on a full block. 480 units are available with studios ranging from $600,000 to four-bedroom units starting at $3,400,000. The building will be finished in 2020.

The New York City Council’s subcommittee on zoning and franchises voted to approve the 80 Flatbush mixed-use complex and Council member Stephen Levin gave his approval during the meeting. The approval was made after the following modifications were agreed on: The proposed 986-foot tower will be reduced to 840 feet, and the second tower will shrink from 560 to 510 feet. The two schools and 200 units of affordable housing will remain the same. Furthermore, the schools will have to be built first in order for the rest of the project to proceed.
