Montague Pierrepont Apartments facing both Pierrepont and Montague Streets has topped out. The 20-story building at 146 Pierrepont Street will feature 88 rental apartments and commercial space on the ground floor. 20% of the apartments will be affordable. Signage says construction is anticipated to be completed in the Fall of 2018. The building is zoned for PS 8.
